Epithets, bare assertions and aphorisms

In my main blog, have been writing at length about the things I read and think, while working through rigorous rationales and judicious justifications for my thoughts.

Having read a little by Nassim Nicholas Talib, including his preface to his book of aphorisms, and his justification of aphorisms (and his indictment of nerds, as people who want to explain aphorisms), would like to attempt to eschew lengthy explanations and let my words speak for themselves (this sounds absurd, but I think it actually works).

So that’s what I’m going to try out here, for a while at least.
