Posy Simmonds – Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia.  Always one of my favourite cartoonists, and even more so after Dorthy Rowe employed her brilliant insights to illustrate her own into how English people manage life, or don’t, or avoid it.  Heard her on the radio once, and she was just as wittily sharp as her cartoons, and sympathetic and empathic with it.
